Content Use of Readyartz

Personal Use License Agreement

Welcome to Readyartz Inc. By purchasing digital assets from us, including maps, illustrations, and other creative content ("Assets"), you ("Licensee") agree to the following terms of this Personal Use License Agreement ("Agreement").

Grant of License: Readyartz Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Assets for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in personal projects, maps for tabletop games, stories, and other non-commercial creative works.

Permitted Use: You are authorized to:

Print and use the Assets for personal tabletop gaming.
Incorporate Assets into virtual tabletop platforms like Roll20, Fantasy Grounds, or Foundry VTT for non-commercial use.
Use Assets in creating non-commercial projects, such as free adventures or campaigns, shared on platforms like World Anvil.
Use for Streaming and Monetized Videos with attribution.

Attribution: Not required for non-commercial use, except in streaming and monetized contexts where readyartz.com must be cited.

Restrictions: The Assets shall not be used for commercial purposes, illegal activities, or in ways that infringe on the rights of others. Creating derivative works or redistributing the Assets beyond the scope of this Agreement is prohibited.

Intellectual Property: Ownership and intellectual property rights of the Assets remain with Readyartz Inc. Licensee acquires rights only as expressly granted in this Agreement.

Termination: Breach of this Agreement results in automatic termination, requiring immediate cessation of use and destruction of the Assets.

Disclaimer and Liability: Assets are provided "as is," without warranties. Readyartz Inc. is not liable for damages from use or inability to use the Assets.

Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the United States.

Small Commercial Use License Agreement for Cartography Assets

This Agreement between Readyartz Inc. and the COMMANDER Tier Subscriber ("Subscriber") grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cartography Assets for small commercial products, under the conditions outlined below.

License Grant: For products by individuals or small businesses (under 5 employees and $30,000 annual revenue), using Assets in tabletop RPGs, modules, books, etc., sold on platforms like DM's Guild or DrivethruRPG.

Attribution: Required in all commercial products using the Assets, citing readyartz Inc., and readyartz.com.

Limitations: No use in violating third-party rights, obscene or illegal products. Assets cannot be redistributed, sold, or used in mass production without permission.

Termination: Subscription cancellation ends the Agreement; existing products may remain on sale, but no new products using the Assets can be created.

Ownership: Assets remain the exclusive property of Readyartz Inc.

Disclaimer and Liability: No warranties are provided; Readyartz Inc. is not liable for any damages related to the use of the Assets.

Crowdfunding and Larger Businesses: Not covered by this Agreement. Contact Readyartz Inc. for appropriate licensing options.

Governing Law: The United States law governs this Agreement.
