Content Use of Creators

This document outlines the guidelines for using content created by independent creators ("Creators") hosted on Readyartz Inc., ensuring respect for intellectual property and promoting a supportive environment for all users and creators.

 

Scope

This policy applies to all digital content, including but not limited to, illustrations, maps, and any creative works provided by Creators on Readyartz Inc.

 

General License Agreement

Creators on Readyartz Inc. grant users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use their content for personal, educational, and certain non-commercial purposes, under the terms outlined below, unless otherwise specified by a Creator-Specified License.

 

Permitted Use

• Personal Projects: Users may use Creator content for personal creative projects.

• Educational Purposes: Content may be utilized within an educational context for teaching, research, and study.

• Streaming and Content Creation: Proper attribution is required when using Creator content in streams or monetized videos.

 

Creator-Specified Licenses

Attribution

Termination and Violations

Violation of these terms or any specific Creator-Specified License may result in termination of the license to use the content and potential removal from the Readyartz Inc. platform.

 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Readyartz Inc. provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the content. Readyartz Inc. is not liable for any disputes arising from Creator-Specified Licenses or the use of Creator content.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

 

Amendments

Readyartz Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the platform.
